Models of the Year 2006
January
February
| This month's Model of the Month award goes to Erik Blaser and his Horizon Hobby Tribute. It is his first electric profile foamie and it is capable of doing cool 3D stunts. It flies very stable and is a lot of fun to fly Erik says. Erik used create a custom paint schema using Zagi tape. It is very easy to see and give this model a distinct look. | |||||||||||||||||

March
| George Manning built this Ringmaster after it was shelved for 15 years. The Ringmaster serves as an equipment test plane; its fuselage is built up with balsa and aircraft ply, the covering is Monokote, Ultra Coat, and Solarfilm. I used a Dubro 8oz fuel tank which is good for 14 min. of flight time. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
